Atheist Howard Storm meets strange beings during his NDE

He was waiting for treatment for hours in an emergency room in severe pain. He had a sensation of leaving his body. Then…
//… I knew that it wasn’t a dream. I became aware that strangely I felt more alert, more aware, more alive than I had ever felt in my entire life. All my senses were extremely acute. Everything felt tingly and alive. The floor was cool and my bare feet felt moist and clammy. This had to be real. I squeezed my fists and was amazed at how much I was feeling in my hands just by making a fist. Then I heard my name. I heard, “Howard, Howard – come here.”Wondering, at first, where it was coming from, I discovered that it was originating in the doorway. There were different voices calling me. I asked who they were, and they said, “We are here to take care of you. We will fix you up. Come with us.”//

R. C. Sproul thinks Christianity can learn from science

R. C. Sproul seems to be a good guy, but there are certain problems. In this article he confuses the methods of science with religion. He thinks that one should not throw out the Bible because there are some things that seem to be contradictory, since a scientist does not throw out a scientific paradigm because some things don’t fit it. He seems to be confused about the difference between having faith in God and using the limited powers of science to interact with the material world.

Arkansas Dinosaur Tracks

P1050927A concrete block lying undocumented by any words in the Nashville, Arkansas city park contains two badly eroded sauropod dinosaur tracks found in 1983 in a quarry north of town on the land of the Certainteed corporation. A fiberglass cast of the trackway is said to be in storage at the park.

More tracks, this time of the more exciting three-toed dinosaurs, were uncovered in 2011, and were investigated by the University of Arkansas, but no information about them seems to be available to the public. This is a photo of the site from 2011, which seems to have been destroyed later by mining operations.

Hearing from God

“Human beings are under the control of a strange force that bends them in absurd ways, forcing them to play a role in a bizarre game of deception.”-Dr. Jacques Vallee, Messengers of Deception, p. 20

Many ministers claim to hear from God, telling them to do things that turn out to demonstrate the control of some nonhuman intelligence. Sometimes they are given prophecies that come true. Then, strangely, the voice will tell them to advocate some outrageous thing that seems only intended to make them look like fools.

Are these people hearing from God? After all, God did tell His prophets in the Old Testament to do strange things. Or, are they listening to some voice other than God? Or have the flat earth advocates like Rob Skiba been raised up by God to counter the worship of science in the modern world, through the agency of the other spirits, since they don’t like the God of the Bible?
