Round Rock Bigfoot

Round Rock Parks authority on the north side of Austin has been reporting large footprints appearing in mud in different parks in their jurisdiction. The prints appear to be made by a bare foot about 16 inches long.

The entity has left a hair sample, they say, so that it can be tested for DNA, if anyone wants to do so.

Here is a ranger’s foot for size comparison. Don’t know how big the ranger’s foot is, though. This makes me think that the parks authority is doing it as a publicity stunt. Time will tell.

  1. Looks like this is a publicity stunt by Round Rock Parks and Recreation. They have a silly video on their Facebook page that is supposed to be of the creature, but it looks like it was made with a camera from last century. Another silly video–
